Hi, I’m Annie Ingram (ANNI when I sign with my knives.) an oil painter based on the coast of North Carolina, creating textured, soulful artwork for people who want their homes to feel like a refuge.

My paintings are for those who seek connection — with beauty, with memory, with hope.

The Art I Create

I paint dreamy marshes, luminous coastal skies, and expressive florals with a signature style I call Imperfectionism. It’s my personal blend of intentional mark-making, bold texture, fluid movement, and the kind of “happy accidents” that remind us we’re human — and that imperfection is where the soul lives.

My collectors often tell me that my work brings them peace, joy, or a sense of grounding. One even said, “Your work just makes me happy. I can’t explain it — it just does.”
