Hi! I’m Annie. I’m drawn to light, color, and the feeling of being near the water.

Over time, my work has become less about capturing a place and more about creating one you can step into.

Working exclusively with palette knives, I build layers of color, texture and movement, allowing each painting to hover somewhere between landscape and abstraction.

I paint the feeling of a place rather than the place itself, creating an escape that changes as you step closer, move away, and watch the light shift across the surface.

I sign my paintings simply, “ANNI.”
